YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Whatever treatment you need, your first appointment is the perfect chance to explain your dental concerns and discuss your goals for a new smile.

Our Treatment Coordinator will welcome you to the centre, discuss our treatment processes and organise photographs of your smile and teeth. We will then follow up with more detailed images, like a 3D scan. You can reference the images to explain what you want to change.

We will provide an overview of the different treatment options to suit you.

The next step is to meet Dr. Fine for an examination and assessment. He will meet with you together with the Treatment Coordinator to determine the perfect treatment plan for your smile.

We will then provide you with a letter that outlines the cost of your treatment.

Next, the Treatment Coordinator will answer any further questions you may have.

If you'd like to go ahead with treatment, we can get started immediately.

The length of your treatment depends on the complexity of your case. Whether you are with us for weeks, months or years, you can rest assured you will receive personal and friendly service from the team at Fine Orthodontics.

WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

Throughout the treatment process, you will see us for regular follow up appointments so we can track your progress. The number and frequency of follow-up appointments usually depends on the type of treatment you have, and how quickly we see results.

We will also give you detailed instructions on how to care for your orthodontic appliances. This will help to keep them in the best condition so you can achieve results as comfortably and as efficiently as possible.

REMOTE MONITORING

You don’t always have to come to the clinic for us to determine the progress of your treatment. We offer a unique and highly advanced dental monitoring system in which you can send us images of your teeth via a smartphone app. This allows us to see how your treatment is progressing remotely.

Our remote monitoring app is a user-friendly app that is compatible with both Android and iOS. You can scan your teeth at home and lodge the images via the app. We'll review the treatment progress and determine if it’s time to move to your next aligner tray, or adjust your braces.

Thanks to our remote monitoring app, we can advise when to move to your next series of clear aligners, without needing to see you in person. This is a highly convenient option for busy patients and it also helps to accelerate treatment time.
