Your first appointment

Whatever treatment you need, your first appointment is the perfect chance to explain your concerns and goals for a new smile.

Our Treatment Coordinator will welcome you to the centre and take you to a quite area to take photographs of your smile and teeth. We then follow up with more detailed images, like a 3D scan. You can look at the photos with us to explain what you want to change.

The Treatment Coordinators will provide an overview of the different treatment options to suit you.

The next step is to meet Dr. Fine for an examination and assessment. He will meet with you together with the Treatment Coordinator to determine the perfect treatment plan for your smile.

We will give you a feel letter that outlines the cost of your treatment.

Next, the Treatment Coordinator will explain your treatment process and answer any questions you have.

If you want to go ahead with treatment, we can get started immediately.

The length of your treatment depends on the complexity of your case. Whether you are only with us for weeks or an extended period of time, you can rest assured you will receive personal and friendly service from the Fine Orthodontics team.

With You Every Step of the Way

We will arrange several follow-up appointments so that we can start your treatment right away. The number and frequency of follow-up appointments usually depends on the type of treatment you have, and how quickly you may see results.

We will also give you detailed care instructions for your orthodontic appliances to ensure you keep them in the best condition and achieve the results you have always wanted.

Remote Dental Monitoring

You don’t always have to come in and see us to determine the progress of your treatment. We offer a unique and highly advanced dental monitoring system where you can send us images of your teeth via a smartphone app to see how your treatment is coming along.

Our Dental Monitoring app is a user-friendly app that is compatible with both Android and iOS. You can scan your teeth at home and send the photos to us, so we can determine if it’s time to move to your next aligner tray or adjust your braces.

If you choose Invisalign treatment, where you can change the aligners at home, and that means that you won’t have to visit us as often thanks to Dental Monitoring. This is a highly convenient option for busy patients and it helps to accelerate treatment time.
