Dr. Fine qualified in 1981 as a dentist, working in private practice for 5 years. During this time he became interested in Orthodontics, so to give his patients the best attention, he went to specialise in Orthodontics in Canada from 1986-1989, graduating in 1989 as a Specialist Orthodontist.

Dr. Martin Fine has been a specialist orthodontist in Bondi Junction since 1991, moving from the original office to the current office in 1999. He opened a second branch of Fine Orthodontics in Maroubra in 2011.

He has also been a visiting specialist for the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney and has taught post-graduate orthodontic students at Sydney University.

He still is as enthusiastic about orthodontics as he was when he started, is excited by new developments and constantly exploring the potential they may have to benefit his patients.

He continues to expand his knowledge of orthodontics by attending national and international conferences on the subject, as well as keeping up to date with the latest research and developments. His particular interest lies in the interaction between biology, technology and art, and how these disciplines can help him offer the best possible care to his patients.

In his spare time, Dr Fine enjoys playing music and keeping fit. He has three grown children. He's a keen skier and has enjoyed regular holidays in Queenstown with his family. Dr Fine is very excited to be opening a new state of the art clinic in Queenstown too.
